Delivered on behalf of Gauteng Tourism, the event attracted over 5,000 students. The scope of our responsibilities included:

Event Management: Overseeing all aspects of the event from inception to conclusion to ensure a seamless experience.

Venue Management: Selecting and preparing the perfect venue, managing logistics, and ensuring all facilities were up to standard.

Catering: Providing a diverse and high-quality selection of food and beverages, accommodating all dietary needs and preferences.

Gala Dinner: Organizing a sophisticated gala dinner, including menu planning, and décor to create a memorable evening.

Competition Management: Coordinating and managing various competitions, from planning and judging to the awarding of prizes, ensuring fair and engaging contests for all participants.
